Privacy Policy

Freya processes your voice during training sessions to transcribe speech, score your performance and generate AI feedback. Recordings and transcripts are stored against your account.

1. Data controller

The controller under the GDPR is NI – Negotiation Intelligence AG, Werftestrasse 3, 6005 Lucerne, Switzerland (UID CHE-246.633.079). Contact: privacy@negotiationintelligence.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email, name, password hash, profile data you provide.
  • Training data: session audio (short-lived), transcripts, scores, AI feedback, NELO rating.
  • Billing identifiers when you subscribe (processed by Stripe).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device information, log data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to perform the user contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — running training sessions, generating feedback and analytics. Analytics and error tracking only run with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, ePrivacy). Security and product improvement rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Sub-processors & recipients

We use carefully selected processors under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database & auth, Frankfurt/EU), Cloudflare (hosting & edge, EU routing), OpenAI / Lovable AI Gateway (AI inference), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), PostHog (analytics, consent-based), Sentry (error tracking incl. session replay, consent-based), Stripe (payments). 5. International transfers

Some processors (e.g. OpenAI, Stripe) may transfer data to the United States. Transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards.

6. Retention

Session transcripts, feedback and AI call logs are deleted after 365 days. Aggregate progression (NELO, achievements) is preserved. Account profiles are retained until you request deletion; deleted accounts are purged after a 30-day grace period.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Self-service in /settings/account; controller-level requests to privacy@negotiationintelligence.com. You can lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority (e.g. the Swiss FDPIC or an EU DPA of your choice).

8. Cookies & tracking

We only set strictly necessary cookies (session, language) without consent. Analytics (PostHog) and error tracking with session replay (Sentry) are loaded only after your consent in the cookie banner. You can change your consent any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
